Product description

Why do we call it Albert’s?

From Farm to Table

Our hop-infused seltzer is named after Albert Gamache, who planted his first hops in 1932 after Prohibition. He dreamed of “a 5-cent glass of beer on every table.” Today, his great-grandsons honor that legacy?with 5 cents worth of hops in every can.

The journey begins in lush hop fields where tall bines bask in the sun. Carefully cultivated and harvested at peak ripeness, these hops are the backbone of flavor and aroma.

Once harvested, hops are quickly dried and tightly packed into large bales to preserve their essential oils and freshness. These bales are then stored or shipped, ready for the next stage in the brewing process.

Brewmasters skillfully blend hop pellets into their unique recipes. The hops add bitterness, aroma, and depth to the beer, transforming raw ingredients into liquid craft.

The final product is poured and enjoyed cold. It’s a refreshing reminder of the journey from farm to table.
