About Boarding Pass Coffee

Murilo serenaded Christine with a samba-version of Marvin Gaye's to the delight of the guests, regardless of nationality. Caipirinhas (made with the unforgettable Brazilian liquor cachaca) were served, but the midnight snack was still cheeseburgers and French fries (just missing with the apple pie!). The wedding favors were personalized packages of Fazenda Sant'ana coffee, that guests took back home to the States and brewed for themselves. Future visits back to the US entailed luggage jam packed with bags of Fazenda Sant'ana coffee for "repeat customers."

After some time, we were ready to relocate back to Christine’s native country. Toting 9 passports and 10 boarding passes, we arrived to our new home in Alpharetta/Milton, GA in 2018. However, we missed the signature coffee from the Fazenda and decided to start experimenting with home roasted coffee for ourselves.

Carefully grown and health coffee plants translates in better and consistent flavor.

Arabica coffee trees are able to self pollinate, meaning that unless they are knocked off, the flowers will always yield fruit.

It takes up to nine months until the fruits are ready to harvest.

The cherries start out green and develop a deep color as the fruit matures.

Most coffee cherries contain two seeds, which face each other inside the berry, becoming flattened surface on one side as they develop.

Brazil has been the world's largest producer of coffee for more than 150 years.

High-quality Brazilian coffees are usually traceable down to a specific farm.

Brazilian coffees tend to be low in acidity, heavy in body and sweet, often with chocolate and nutty flavors.

We curate our offerings of single-origin, Specialty Coffee by looking for unique and interesting characteristics of highly rated beans from all over the globe

All of our coffee is roasted in small batches in Alpharetta, GA and delivered to you for peak freshness and ultimate enjoyment

Coffee and travel is what brought Boarding Pass Coffee founders, Murilo and Christine Santos, together.

Our relationship percolated at Murilo's family coffee farm in Brazil over the years - from initially introducing Christine to the family all the way to our wedding.

Coffee is a major part of our family and day-to-day lives.
