A medium-to-dark roast leans into developed flavors without crossing into smoky territory. Expect notes of toasted nut, brown sugar, and milk chocolate, with a fuller body and lower acidity than a true medium. Origin character softens but doesn't disappear. Versatile across brew methods; holds up especially well with milk.

Dark chocolate leads, layered with ripe berries and a jammy sweetness that lingers through the finish. Rooted in Ethiopian natural process coffees and pushed a touch further in the roast for extra body, it drinks heavy and rich?satisfying black, but with enough depth to hold up to milk in a latte.
