How to brew Biluochun tea?

Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp Bi Luo Chun pure leaf green tea, pour small amount of boiling water into the tea and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.

After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 80-85°C (175-185°F) and cover tea pot for 2-4 minutes before serving.
