Grown in the Pacific Northwest our hops come from a co-op of farmers who take pride in growing the highest quality aroma hops. We believe that the best flavors come from brewing with the whole hop.
They’re not all bitter. Hops fall into two basic categories; bittering hops and aroma hops. What goes into our kettles is a blend of NW aroma hops to maximize hop flavor and minimize bitterness.
The freshest brew deserves the perfect container. Our infinitely recyclable glass bottles keep H2OPS tasting great and are BPA free. Taste the hops not the can!

What is H2OPS “hop water”?
H2OPS is the simple combination of hops and water. Brewed like a beer except we only use hops. Hops are added in the kettle and generously dry hoped for flavor and aroma. No yeasts, sugars or grains are used so it's naturally 0 alcohol and 0 calories
What hops do you use?
We use a blend of aroma hops from the Northwest such as Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Centennial and Amarillo, but we are always evaluating new varieties and blends. We go for aroma and flavor, not bitterness.
What’s the idea behind this?
We simply believe that the amazing flavor from hops should be enjoyed on more occasions. Most of our customers drink beer, but love our hop water for those times when they want to avoid the negative effects of alcohol and still want a special drink.
How do you properly serve H2OPS?
Serve chilled, but never over ice. H2OPS is perfect drinking right from the bottle for that familiar special beverage ritual. Many like to pour it in a tulip or pilsner glass to release more of the complex aromas.
Who invented hop water?
Our H2OPS brand is the authentic original pioneer in this new craft brewed hop water category. We revealed our invention to the world at a California beer festival in 2014 and won national beverage innovation of the year in 2018.
