Lemon Verbena Tea

For a milder infusion, simply brew it in a tea cup. Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of leaves to a cup. Pour boiling water over them and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain before drinking.

For a stronger brew, prepare it in a saucepan on a stovetop. Place 4 teaspoons (20g) of leaves in the saucepan with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Then, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain.

You can further enhance your brew with a sweetener of choice, such as honey or stevia. For extra freshness, add a slice of lemon or lime.
