Organic Stonebreaker Tea

The stonebreaker (stone breaker) leaves & stems are carefully harvested, naturally dried, chopped, & stored to preserve their properties.

For a milder infusion, simply brew it in a tea cup. Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of leaves to a cup. Pour boiling water over them and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain before drinking.

For a stronger brew, prepare it in a saucepan on a stovetop. Place 4 teaspoons (20g) of leaves in the saucepan with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Then, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain.

Although stonebreaker tea does not have an overly bitter, herbal taste, you may wish to enhance your brew with a sweetener of choice, such as honey or stevia. For extra freshness, add a slice of lemon or lime.
