A medium-to-dark roast leans into developed flavors without crossing into smoky territory. Expect notes of toasted nut, brown sugar, and milk chocolate, with a fuller body and lower acidity than a true medium. Origin character softens but doesn't disappear. Versatile across brew methods; holds up especially well with milk.
Toffee, chocolate, and hazelnut lead the cup, layered together in a way that reads almost like Nutella in the glass. Smooth and easy-drinking, with none of the flat, hollow character decaf is known for. Brews into a satisfying everyday cup and pulls a surprisingly rich shot of espresso.
