? CONCENTRATED JUICE PRODUCT: 68 +/- 2 brix, suggested dilution rate is 1:7.74, 1 quart makes about 8.5+ quarts ( 2.0+ gallons) of single strength juice (10 brix) per quart, THIS IS NOT an extract.
