? CONCENTRATED JUICE PRODUCT: 65 +/- 2 brix, suggested dilution rate is 1:9.7, 1 quart makes about 10.5+ quarts ( 2.5+ gallons) of single strength juice (7.8 brix) per quart, THIS IS NOT an extract.

? APPLICATIONS: Numerous uses, Brewing Beer, Wine Making, Home and Commercial Vintners, Mead, Ale, Hard Cider, Spirits, or Smoothies. Great as a stand-alone drink, or add to your favorite beverage.

? FLAVORING: Excellent for flavoring for many food/drink products such as Tea, Meats, CBC products, Ice Cream, Standard Cider, Slushies and more. Many beer brewers use in the secondary fermentation for flavor.
