MK4 enhances vitamin D’s ability to direct calcium where it needs to go--into your bones. Osteo-K Minis and Osteo-MK4 capsules are smaller than Osteo-K and might be better choices. You can also open the capsules and mix the nutrients into room temperature or colder food, such as yogurt or cottage cheese, and consume them that way.
