Is the texture more like juice or applesauce?
Like a smoothie or fruit puree, (not juice) because we blend whole fruits to retain the fiber. But, they're still smooth and very light and refreshing.
Does this contain added sugar?
No added sugar ? ever. All sweetness comes from real fruit. Most pouches have about the same or less natural sugar than a medium apple or banana, plus fiber and protein to help balance it out and support steadier energy.
Can this replace a meal or is it just a snack?
These are primarily nutrient-dense snacks, not full meal replacements. That said, our higher-calorie smoothies with nut-butters are more satiating and work well when you need something more substantial.
Do these need to be refrigerated?
No refrigeration needed ? they’re shelf stable, so you can keep or take them anywhere. But, they're also great cold so we keep some in the fridge too.
