For cold brew:
Step 1 Pour 1 liter (1 quart) of cold water over the packet of Mugicha in a large pitcher. For a bolder flavor, brew with hot water at 203°F (95°C).
Step 2 Steep in the fridge for 2 hours. Enjoy within 4 days in the fridge. Mugicha can be steeped up to 2 times.
For hot brew: Simply pour hot water at 203°F (95°C) over the mugicha and steep for 3-5 minutes. Keep or remove the tea bag, depending on your taste preference.
