Our Soba is made of roasted kernels of buckwheat. After brewing, enjoy the kernels as a snack or add to your favorite salads, soups, pasta, and more.

そば茶の淹れ方

Step 1 Add one tablespoon of Sobacha in your teapot/kyusu and pour 8oz (1 cup) of freshly boiled water to brew. Use more Sobacha for a bolder brew.

Step 2 Steep for 3-5 minutes, and resteep 2-3 times with boiling water. You can eat the Sobacha after brewing too!

For Iced Sobacha: Brew sobacha hot and chill in the fridge for at least two hours. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Use 1 tbsp (10g) per 8 oz water. Sobacha is naturally caffeine-free. The best-before date is on the kraft paper pouch or at the bottom of the tin.

You can re-steep it up to 2 times depending on your taste preference. Slightly increase the water temperature with each successive steeping for best results. Get about 30 cups from one tea tin, potentially more since it can be resteeped.

Soba tea is perfect for cold brewing! You can steep it in the fridge overnight for a refreshing taste. For a bolder flavor, try steeping it in hot water first, then refrigerate it overnight.

It can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
